When will my Ooni oven be delivered?
Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for accessories and ovens?
We offer a Great Pizza Guarantee and a 60-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging.

It depends on the model. Our Multi-Fuel ovens (like the Karu series) are designed to run on wood, charcoal, or gas with the appropriate burner attachment. Always check your specific model's manual before switching fuels.
